SYREN FIRST RESEARCHED THE CONSUMER NEEDS, RETAIL AND COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT TO BUILD A STRATEGIC PRODUCT PLAN THAT WOULD ENSURE LEVIS HAD A COMPETITIVE EDGE THAT MATCHED THEIR DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY.

WE THEN IDENTIFIED THE KEY TRIMS, FABRICS AND TECHNOLOGY VENDORS WE WOULD NEED TO PRODUCE THIS LINE AND BEGAN TESTING AND PROTOTYPING THE SAMPLES.

FINALLY WE SET UP AND INTRODUCED A MANUFACTURING PARTNER TO SUPPORT THESE PRODUCT LINES AND TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE NEW TRANS PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP (TPP) TRADE AGREEMENT THAT WILL SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT INTERNATIONAL TRADE.
